If you have intact leadership teams, project teams, virtual teams or a group who needs to bump up their performance or learn to work together, consider team and group coaching as an option. When communication and relationships need a lift or if you have a leadership team that could benefit from learning together, team and group coaching may be a viable solution.
We begin by assessing the needs of the team/group and the individuals, and then customize learning and coaching with shared goals and a written action plan. This work can take six to nine months, divided into sessions that are followed with fieldwork assigned between meetings so the learning becomes embodied and used in everyday situations at work.
We work as coaches, teachers, and facilitators, holding the agenda lightly to allow for emerging needs while creating a safe environment for the team to work together to create solutions that are collectively owned. We can meet in person or via teleconference.
