		<description>Well put!  Each of these types of leaders makes it difficult to hear what&#039;s really going on with a project.  When employees get silenced, leaders get an unclear picture of what&#039;s going on, and they don&#039;t hear the &#039;bad news&#039; soon enough to fix the problem.  I&#039;ve had to learn how to push through the silencing and the crankiness and get heard, or at least give someone the chance to fix the problem.</description>
