The first Leadership Development Carnival of 2010 is up at Dan McCarthy’s Great Leadership site. And what a wonderful selection of the finest leadership bloggers and their best 2009 posts it is! Quick. Grab a cup of hot cocoa (with a touch of Peppermint Schnapps, perhaps), put your feet up, and be prepared to be amazed at what you’ll discover.

Be sure to skip over to LeaderTalk, the Mountain State University site, for this month’s great leadership reading in the October edition of the Leadership Development Carnival. The usual list of suspects are writing about leadership including myself. But there are lots of new bloggers too.

Dan McCarthy , the brains behind Great Leadership, has outdone himself, if that is even possible (for a great writer and – dare I say? FOIL) with this month’s Leadership Development Carnival. A truly wonderful connector and networker, Dan and his blog are what we all aspire to be. He’s managed to pull together a great community of leadership bloggers and to write an appreciative comment or two about many of them.
